12 Wed. Breastfeeding / 모유 수유
There is a saying that breast milk is the greatest gift for a newborn baby.
Breastfeeding not only promotes good health for the baby, but also has positive emotional effects.
After delivering a baby, mothers decide how to feed their child.
There're different methods such as formula feeding, mixed feeding, and breastfeeding.
Exclusive breastfeeding means feeding the baby only breast milk without any baby formula.
Many mothers aspire to exclusively breastfeed, but they often encounter difficulties in practice.
One of the many reasons is that they feel they don't produce enough breast milk for their baby.
To increase breast milk production, it is important to breastfeed from each breast for about 15 minutes
as frequently as possible.
Initially, it may feel like the baby is hungry too often.
However, with patience and diligence, mothers can experience a noticeable increase in the amount of breast milk.
