I'm a sixth-year employee working in the management team of a fashion company.
Our team consisits of 10members, but three of them recently resigned one after another.
We hired new recruits, but they couldn't handle the pressure and also left after only a few months.
one after another 연달아
One of the recruits who resigned was a recent graduate who had really tried her best.
But I think what the company wanted was the same level of aptitude as an experienced worker.
In the end, the employee left as if she were being forced out.
This kind of situation has happened many times, which means the remaining team members and I are swamped with work.

It's often mentioned in the news these days how difficult it is to recruit Millennial and Gen Z workers.
But unless we can bridge the generation gap and align workplace culture, it will be hard to bring about change.
If I become a manager in the future, I will foster a more horizontal work environment.
