I can't stand the smell of a cucumbers.

That doesn't mean I don't eat them at all.

If there are cucumbers in cold noodles, i'll just eat them.

I also eat cucumbers in pickle form when I eat pizza.

However, I never eat raw cukes.

One of my colleagues at work is severely allergic to cucumbers.

She can break out in hives if she eats a cucumber.

This type of allergy is more common than you'd think.

The cause is a substance called "cucurbitacin," which doesn't agree with their body.

I hope people can be considerate of those who can't eat cucumbers instead of thinking they are strange.

If you think about it, don't we all have at least one food that we won't even touch?
