Scheduling a Health Exam / 건강 검진 예약

 

When the time approaches to schedule a health exam these days, I find myself in a dilemma.
It's hard to decide when to get the check-up and whether to undergo a colonoscopy.

 

Back when I was a lower-level employee at work, I loved getting a check-up.
After finishing the health exam, I could take the rest of the day off.

 

And if I scheduled the exam on a Friday, I could enjoy a long weekend.
And since I was expecting positive results, the health check-up was a pleasant experience.

But after scheduling a date for the health check-up in recent years, I often end up changing the reservation.

Due to sudden meetings, dinner gatherings that I can't get out of, and various unexpected situations,

I rarely actually go in for the check-up on the originally reserved date.
As for the colonoscopy, I hesitate because I have to spend quite a lot of time in the bathroom after taking the medication to empty the bowels.

Even so, I am determined to do it next year.
